MÄHREN AG continues to fully focus on its long-standing home market Berlin. Especially under the current difficult market conditions. For 20 years we have been working in and for Berlin, contributing to the development of a city that is making its way into a modern future, that was still stuck in its history at the turn of the millennium and is now an urban magnet for several generations.
Focus on large residential portfolios and residential complexes
We are investing more in Berlin
We will significantly expand our portfolio in Berlin, continue to acquire multi-family houses as well as residential and commercial buildings, and increasingly focus our business activities in the capital on large residential portfolios and residential complexes of 50 units or more. We are talking to brokers as well as property managers, private owners, financial houses, family offices and long-standing business partners.
Our goal is to acquire significantly larger residential portfolios in Berlin from 2022.
