Since 2002, we have been active as a Berlin-headquartered real estate company. You have come to the right place if you are looking to sell or broker property. Thanks to our specialised lines of business, no matter what your project is, we can provide you with optimum support – competently, reliably and unbureaucratically. Our equity funding enables us to acquire real estate properties promptly and independently of banks. We have short decision paths, act unbureaucratically and are known for our uncomplicated processing.

Since our foundation, we have steadily expanded our holding of residential and commercial properties. Currently, our portfolio includes more than 2,000 units. Our dynamic growth remains unabated in 2024, too. We invest not only in our home market of Berlin but also in real estate with development potential in major towns and cities throughout the country. We also consider properties in problematic neighbourhoods or properties that stand vacant or are in need of refurbishing. In addition, we buy real estate throughout Germany in towns with more than 30,000 residents.
