What You Can Earn
Immediately after a notarial purchase contract between the seller and MÄHREN AG becomes effective or after receiving the negative certificate regarding the state’s right of first refusal, you will receive the agreed referral fee within two weeks. Depending on the net purchase price of the property, this can be significantly more than €10,000; however, we guarantee a minimum amount of €10,000 for each contract.

Requirements
The following requirements must be met in order to become a referral agent:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You have obtained permission to share the owner's and the property's information.
- The property has not yet been publicly listed or marketed.
- The property has not yet been offered to us by another source.
- The tip is made lawfully and is not based on unfair practices (e.g., deception, unlawful cold calling).
