This year, 2017, MÄHREN AG has already expanded its portfolio by altogether ten apartment buildings in Berlin, Dresden and Magdeburg with altogether 311 residential units for about 31 million euros. In addition, a residential portfolio was acquired. The new building boosted total investment volume to about 170 million euros. “With our previous achievements and our acquisition pipeline, we are extremely confident that we will hit the investment volume target for 2017 and 2018 of 300 million euros much sooner than planned, this year even,” says Mähren.
